Following graduation from the University of Health Sciences in Lahore, Pakistan in 2011, I subsequently completed a postgraduate diploma in Dental Clinical Science from Queen Mary University, London in 2014. I have been working in general practice since 2016 and strive to deliver an excellent standard of care utilising the most up-to-date techniques and without compromise. Whilst I enjoy all aspects of dentistry, I have a particular passion for prevention of disease, the importance of promoting a good diet and maintaining good oral health. My ambition is to undertake further training to provide Invisalign so that I can provide patients with a smile they are confident in.
Outside of dentistry, I am a mother to two young children, which has made me all the more focused on promoting the virtues of oral health and diet. Work Interests: I still absolutely love the variety of general practice, even after twenty years practicing, and particularly enjoy placing aesthetically pleasing white fillings and providing dentures that greatly improve function and appearance. I am a keen believer in prevention and take great pleasure in getting patients dentally fit and keeping them that way. There is no substitute for your healthy, natural teeth and gums - and they are free!
Non-Work Interests: I enjoy doing as little as possible and spending quality time with my two children. Prior to parenthood, I particularly enjoyed attending music festivals and concerts, the highlights being Glastonbury (2008 & 2009), Muse and R.E.M at Old Trafford and watching Roger Waters perform "Dark Side Of The Moon" at Hyde Park - quite possibly the greatest album ever made. My biggest regrets are never getting to see David Bowie or Queen perform or fly on Concorde and my greatest hero, other than my Dad, is Muhammad Ali.
